DIONNA'S APPROACH
Trained in both the classical and contemporary approaches to Pilates, Dionna creates customized programs for individual client needs and goals. She is certified on all apparatus through a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) accredited program at the Whole Body Gallery, under the direction of Nigel Sampson, and has honed her skills teaching at studios and gyms throughout Los Angeles.
